SA Health in Adelaide is seeking a Ward Clerk for the Neonatal Ward. You will be the friendly first point of contact for patients, families, visitors and staff, providing essential administrative support and coordinating communications to keep the ward running smoothly.

The role involves working Monday, Thursday and Friday in Week 1, and Monday and Friday in Week 2, with a permanent part-time arrangement. Applicants are encouraged to discuss flexible working options and will undergo necessary

Formación

• Organised, approachable and able to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Experience in clerical and/or receptionist duties.
• Experience in using information systems and data entry.
• Demonstrated high standard of written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and clerical support on the Neonatal Ward.
• Coordinate communication between nursing, medical and administrative teams.
• Assist with patient and bed management.
