Job summary

Dimo Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is recruiting for multiple tradesmen or 4th year apprentices to join our Newcastle-based team. You will work on a wide range of residential and commercial A/C & refrigeration tasks, gaining hands-on experience and pride in workmanship.

We offer a company vehicle, performance bonuses, a supportive family-run environment, and ongoing training and development. A full Australian driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified technician or 4th year apprentice seeking hands-on experience in service and installation.
• Strong customer focus and reliability; pride in workmanship.
• Full Australian driver’s licence and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems.
• Fault-finding and problem solving on A/C and refrigeration equipment.
• Produce accurate notes for repair/installation quotes.
• Provide excellent customer service.
