Job summary

Coola Air Conditioning is seeking an Air-Conditioning Apprentice (3rd-4th Year) or junior Tradesman to join our team in Albany Creek. This full-time role offers on-the-job training and a company vehicle.

In the role you’ll assist our experienced team with servicing residential and light commercial air-conditioning systems, help with installation, maintenance and repair, perform site inspections, and handle timesheets and job reports.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential.
• Min. 3 years Air-Conditioning Apprentice experience.
• Full AUS working rights essential.
• Valid driver’s licence required.
• On-the-job training and company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance and repair of air-conditioning systems.
• Conduct site inspections and provide customer recommendations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Complete administrative tasks including timesheets and job reports.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

About the role

In the role, you'll assist our experienced team with servicing air-conditioning systems across residential & commercial properties in the Albany Creek area.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• assisting with installation/maintenance/repair of air conditioning systems
• conducting site inspections & providing customer recommendations
• performing basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
• following all safety protocols & procedures
• completing administrative tasks incl. timesheets and job reports
• participating in ongoing training and development.

What we're looking for

Australian citizenship or permanent residency essential

Min. 3 years Air-Conditioning Apprentice experience

Valid driver's license (provisional driver's licence or higher) required

General physical fitness + strong attention to detail

A keen interest in the air-conditioning/refrigeration industry.
