You will manage kitchen operations, supervise staff, and collaborate on new menu items while maintaining cleanliness and food safety compliance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques and Neapolitan dough.
• Experience leading and motivating a kitchen team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Food safety certification and knowledge of health regulations.
