TICS Pty Ltd is a NATA accredited laboratory based in Townsville, Australia, seeking a skilled NDT Technician for a permanent full-time role. The successful candidate will engage in both jobbing and project work across regional and international operations.

Requirements include AINDT/PCN qualifications, Level II qualifications in MT/PT/UT/RT, and at least two years of relevant experience. PAUT/PVI or welding inspection qualifications are desirable.

TICS Pty Ltd is a NATA accredited laboratory specialising in Non-Destructive Testing, Mechanical Testing, Welding Inspections, In-Service Pressure Vessel, and Tank Inspections. We have particular focus on regions of Mackay, Townsville, Cairns, Roma, Mt Isa, and Papua New Guinea.

We have significant clients in industries of Resources, Energy, Processing, Manufacturing and Construction.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated NDT Technician to join our team in Townsville. This permanent full-time position offers the opportunity to engage in both "jobbing" and project work, providing diverse experiences across our regional and international operations.

Position requirements:

• AINDT or PCN qualifications.
• A combination of Level II qualifications in MT, PT, UT, RT.
• Other qualifications in PAUT, PVI and/or Welding Inspection are desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to obtain and accurately record data so that it can be transformed into quality reports.
• Ensure compliance with NATA accreditation and industry best practice.
• Ability to work autonomously or within teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Adherence to company Policy and Procedures.
• Experience of at least two years in a similar position.
