genU Social Enterprise in Melbourne and South West Victoria is seeking a Workforce Team Leader to guide the Workforce Coordinators and ensure best-practice processes aligned with NDIS standards. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, while building partnerships with education and community organisations to create employment opportunities for supported employees.

The role emphasizes inclusive leadership and career development, reporting to the Social Enterprise Manager

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in disability or social services sector.
Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.
Experience in recruitment, workforce development, and stakeholder engagement.
Sound knowledge of NDIS requirements and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the Workforce Coordinator team across VIC, ensuring compliant, best-practice processes.
Drive recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning to maintain a strong pipeline of supported employees.
Develop and oversee training, career development and transition programs for employees.
Build relationships with schools, community organisations and disability partners to create employment opportunities.
Monitor performance, compliance and reporting using data to drive improvements.
Foster an inclusive culture that empowers people with disability to succeed.
