Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients in line with their NDIS goals and plans.
• Assist with daily living activities (eating, dressing, bathing, grooming).
• Provide transportation support to appointments and community activities.
• Deliver respite care to clients and families as required.
• Maintain accurate client care plans and progress notes.
• Communicate with clients, families, and care team.
