Job summary

True Living, a Sydney-based NDIS provider, is seeking Support Workers to help participants in their homes and communities. The role requires delivering person-centred support, including personal care, domestic assistance, meal prep and community access, with flexibility for weekends, evenings, holidays and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• WWCC for paid roles or willingness to obtain
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• NDIS Orientation Modules or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal care, eating and hygiene
• Support clients to communicate using their preferred methods
• Maintain accurate documentation and liaise with the team to ensure high-quality service

Education

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability / Aged Care / Home & Community Care)

First Aid & CPR certification

Working with Children Check (WWCC)

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain

NDIS Orientation Modules or willingness to obtain
