Job summary

Local Personalised Services is hiring compassionate, reliable people to support NDIS participants across Fraser Coast, Gin Gin, North Burnett and Bundaberg. You will provide person-centred assistance, promote independence, and help participants achieve their goals.

We value teamwork, clear communication, and a commitment to quality care. Requirements include a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), First Aid/CPR, a current Driver's Licence, and a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support preferred.
• Knowledge of the NDIS desirable.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent preferred but not essential.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card are required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support based on individual NDIS goals and plans.
• Assist with daily living activities while promoting independence and choice.
• Support community participation through social and recreational activities.
• Build positive relationships with participants, families and networks.
• Maintain accurate documentation for quality care and compliance.
