Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of NDIS compliance obligations and documentation
• Experience leading or coordinating teams in disability/community services
• Ability to mentor and support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and guide support workers to deliver safe, person-centred care
• Develop and implement matching strategies to pair workers with participants
• Foster positive team culture and drive professional growth
• Provide ongoing supervision and performance support
• Communicate with Operations Manager on workforce planning and budget considerations
• Ensure participants care plans and risk management strategies are followed
• Contribute to policies, procedures, and compliance processes
• Engage with participants, families and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated support
• Assist rostering and participate in on-call roster once per month
• Other duties as directed
• May require on-call outside business hours
