Authentic Support on the Gold Coast is seeking compassionate people to join as Support Workers, Mentors, or both. You’ll help with daily routines, personal care and practical tasks while getting to know each person and supporting their meaningful goals.

This role values listening, patience and clear communication. Training, screening, and travel requirements apply. Shifts include Weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, with progression pay and superannuation.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required
• Blue Card/ Working with Children Check
• Reliable, registered personal vehicle
• Evidence of right to work in Australia
• Personal mobile phone
• NDIS eLearning modules
• Infection control training
