Job summary

Kanda is hiring a Support Coordinator based in Hervey Bay or Gympie to help NDIS participants understand options, navigate plans and build independent, connected lives.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, coordinating supports, gathering evidence, and liaising with mainstream services to maximise participant outcomes while prioritising the person in front of you.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Support Coordination role or similar within the disability sector.
• Knowledge of NDIS processes, funding and navigation for participants.
• Ability to manage KPIs and billable hour targets while keeping participants at the center.

Responsibilities

• Help participants understand and implement their NDIS plans with clarity and confidence.
• Coordinate supports to maximise outcomes and funding.
• Help participants build meaningful lives beyond funded supports.
• Gather evidence reflecting changing needs and future funding requirements.
• Identify opportunities across employment, recreation, education and housing.
• Advocate for participants and liaise with mainstream services.
