Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Local Area Coordinator to support NDIS participants at our Singleton HNER site. The role is full-time, 38 hours per week, with 9am–5pm on weekdays and two days per week of work-from-home flexibility.

You will link participants to services, help build their NDIS plans and guide options while supporting families and carers. This role offers SCHADS level 4.1, salary packaging up to $18,550, and additional benefits such as RDOs and training.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with disabilities or lived experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisation skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families, carers and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Link participants to community and NDIA-funded services.
• Assist participants to develop and navigate their NDIS plans.
• Support participants through different stages of their pathway and maintain KPI-driven targets.
