Job summary

Nonabel Disability Services in Sydney, NSW, Australia is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our growing team. You will help participants implement and manage their NDIS plans and connect them with suitable services and supports.

You will build strong relationships with participants, families and stakeholders, monitor plan budgets, coordinate services and maintain accurate documentation, and promote participant choice, control and independence.

• 2+ years experience in NDIS Support Coordination.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS framework.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
