Job summary

Interact Australia, Bundalong, VIC, is seeking a dedicated support worker to help clients achieve independence through community participation and daily living supports under the NDIS framework.

You will work autonomously, coordinate with families and other support people, and maintain detailed progress notes while adhering to the NDIS Code of Conduct and organisational policies. A current driver's license and reliable transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening required.
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• Understanding of NDIS principles and client-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide Community access and Domestic support to clients.
• Respond to client needs and collaborate with families and carers.
• Keep accurate progress notes and records of activities.
• Work within the NDIS Code of Conduct.
