Job summary

Kanda is seeking an experienced Service Development Manager to drive growth in the NDIS sector from its Perth base. You will shape strategies, pursue new opportunities, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver service excellence while prioritising people in our care.

You will manage revenue, compliance and market analytics, partnering with leadership to expand services and optimise outcomes for the people we support. This is a permanent full-time role in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or a senior role within the NDIS/community services sector.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable strategies and decisions.
• Experience in contract negotiation and managing revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand Kanda's presence within the NDIS sector
• Leading the identification, pursuit and acquisition of new business opportunities within the NDIS framework
• Meeting and exceeding revenue targets through pipeline management and deal closing
• Analyzing market trends and collaborating with marketing to generate leads
• Managing SIL vacancies and ensuring timely vacancies filling
• Preparing regular reports on performance, forecasts and market analysis
• Ensuring compliance with NDIS regulations and quality standards
• Monitoring KPIs, action plans and risk management
