Job summary

You'll manage budgets, reporting and improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with NDIS legislation and restrictive practice frameworks. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and community collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in service management or team leadership in NDIS or related human services.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS legislation, funding frameworks and restrictive practice requirements.
• Leads people with empathy and decisiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of frontline support workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Manage the service's operational and administrative tasks — budgets, funding utilization and mandatory reporting.
• Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to improve participant outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS legislation and reporting requirements.
• Build collaborative relationships with participants, families, workers and external stakeholders.
• Support your team through complex presentations with sound judgement.
