Accept Care, part of the Kinyara Health group, is recruiting an NDIS Relationship Partner in Adelaide. You will nurture participant relationships, coordinate supports, and build connections across the NDIS community to maximise plan outcomes.
Based from North Adelaide with two days per week of remote work, you’ll travel across metropolitan Adelaide, onboarding new participants and ensuring reliable, person-centred services while aligning with compliance, quality and safety standards.
Accept Care has proudly supported the Adelaide community for over 25 years, helping people live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes, through the provision of Home Care and NDIS home care services.
As a people first care provider, we invest in our team and continuously strengthen the way we work so both clients and staff feel genuinely supported. We are a supportive and values-driven team with a shared dedication to service excellence - delivering high quality, reliable care and improving the way Australians age and live with disabilities, empowering each person to live independently and on their own terms.
Accept Care is proud to be part of the Kinyara Health group. Through a dedicated shared services model, we have access to specialised expertise across People & Culture, Finance, IT, Growth and Quality. This collaborative support gives our team the guidance and tools they need to stay focused on what matters most: helping Australians live well in their own homes.
As our NDIS Relationship Partner, you'll work closely with our participants to understand what matters to them, coordinate the right supports and build genuine, long-term relationships that help them get the most from their plan.
This is a relationship-focused role with a real growth lens. You'll work with existing participants to make sure they're well supported, while also building connections across the NDIS community, developing referral relationships and identifying opportunities to welcome new participants to Accept Care.
You'll own relationships across the participant journey, from initial enquiries and onboarding through to ongoing service coordination and reviews. Working closely with our Support Workers and broader service delivery team, you'll make sure participants receive reliable, responsive supports that reflect their individual goals.
You're an experienced NDIS or disability services professional who is confident building relationships with participants, families and the wider community. You're warm, proactive and comfortable making new connections, while being organised enough to follow through and keep things moving.
You're adaptable, practical and solutions-focused, and genuinely care about helping people with disability feel heard, supported and confident in their services.
