Job summary
Kanda in Perth, Western Australia, invites applications for a Regional Manager to lead senior strategic and operational functions across regional sites. You will ensure service quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and workforce capability delivering care on the ground.
You will set the standard for person-centred, rights-based practice aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards and Kanda values.
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience within the disability sector.
- Strong understanding of NDIS Act and Practice Standards.
- Ability to manage budgets and monitor funding utilisation.
- Proven people leadership across multi-site services.
- Experience with regulatory audits and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Service Managers across the region.
- Maintain relationships with government bodies, NDIS Commission and stakeholders.
- Represent Kanda at regional forums and meetings.
- Analyse regional data to inform executive decisions.
- Drive improvements to ensure safe, compliant environments.
- Manage service and SIL funding arrangements.
- Monitor KPIs, risk and action plans for the region.
- Maintain documentation as per policies and audit standards.
- Lead management meetings and uphold Kanda values.
