Job summary

Talent Quarter is seeking an NDIS Service Manager to lead the team across three small disability accommodation services near Richlands, QLD, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and independent living for residents.

You will oversee budgeting, KPIs and compliance, mentor managers and staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing teams across multiple sites (essential).
• Budget management and interpretation of financial information.
• NDIS/SIL experience highly regarded and beneficial for role.

Responsibilities

• Lead managers, clinical and care staff across three small disability services to ensure resident-focused care.
• Develop a continuous improvement culture and mentor teams to resolve care issues.
• Build relationships with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver quality services.
• Identify and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Ensure OHS compliance and injury risk management.
• Oversee services supporting up to 38 residents with diverse needs.
• Manage budgets, KPIs and operational performance.
• Engage stakeholders with strong communication and relationships.
• Lead with a collaborative style focused on quality and compliance.
• NDIS and SIL experience will be highly regarded.
