Job summary

CatholicCare Central Queensland in Rockhampton seeks an experienced NDIS Plan Management Team Leader to guide the NDIS Plan Management team and ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant participant-focused services.

The role focuses on performance, financial integrity, and regulatory compliance, with opportunities to grow and strengthen the service and build strong stakeholder relationships within the NDIS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or substantial experience in NDIS Plan Management or financial services.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements.
• Membership of a relevant professional body where required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the NDIS Plan Management team to meet performance targets and deliver high-quality services.
• Oversee NDIS Plan Managed participants and ensure funds are managed in accordance with requirements.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS legislation, guidelines and applicable standards.
• Oversee onboarding of participants, processing invoices, claims and statements.
• Monitor financial and service performance, identify trends and address issues.
• Develop and improve systems, processes and internal controls.
• Build relationships with participants, representatives, coordinators, providers and stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and develop team members for performance and growth.
• Develop and implement business development activities to grow You Matter Plan Management.
