Job summary

A3 Support is a small, growing NDIS allied health and community services provider based in Baulkham Hills, delivering Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Community / Individual Support services across clinic, home, school, and community settings in Western Sydney. We move fast, back our team, and give people ownership over the areas they lead.

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to lead our referral growth across Western Sydney.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in NDIS, allied health, disability, or aged care preferred.
• Confident on the phone with inbound/outbound calls and field work.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to own your pipeline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management with clinicians, coordinators, and families.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources across Western Sydney (Support Coordinators, LACs, Plan Managers, GPs, allied health providers).
• Call and follow up inbound enquiries; outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
• Convert enquiries and referrals into booked participants, managing from first contact to handover.
• Represent A3 at local networking events, provider expos, and community touchpoints.
• Identify new referral and partnership opportunities across the region.
• Report on pipeline activity, call outcomes, and conversions.
