Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking an enthusiastic NDIS Local Area Coordinator for Batemans Bay. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week and a SCHADS salary starting at $92,000 per year, plus salary packaging up to $18,550 and superannuation.

You will support participants to navigate the NDIS, help them link to services, and develop their NDIS plans. You’ll oversee information gathering, capacity building and guiding informed decisions while

• Experience in disability sector and NDIS knowledge or lived experience.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with KPI-driven work or caseloads.
• Strong communication, customer service and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Link participants to community and mainstream services and NDIA funded programs.
• Develop and implement NDIs plans, guiding participants in their options and funding usage.
• Undertake duties as requested by the Service Area Leadership Team.
