Job summary

Trilogy Care Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a full-time ICT Business Analyst to analyse our business needs, improve existing systems and support the development and implementation of software solutions.

You will consult with staff and stakeholders, document requirements, review processes, and work with developers to deliver integrated systems that support aged care services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field, or relevant professional experience.
• Experience in ICT business analysis, including gathering requirements and analysing business processes.
• Knowledge of software systems, system integration and testing.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and software development teams.
• Experience in aged care or healthcare systems would be an advantage.
