Job summary

Duacare Support Solutions (DSS) is seeking a Client Acquisition & Business Development Manager to drive growth across Adelaide and greater South Australia. You will build high-value referral networks and ensure compliant participant onboarding in line with NDIS Practice Standards.

Key duties include developing a robust growth strategy, cultivating referral pathways, and maintaining occupancy for SIL and daily support models while providing KPI reports to the Directorship.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in NDIS Business Development, Intake, or Service Coordination.
• Deep understanding of the NDIS Act, Practice Standards, and SA disability landscape.
• Proven ability navigating service agreements and registration conditions.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of meeting growth targets.
• Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and WWCC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust growth strategy across Adelaide and South Australia.
• Cultivate and maintain referral pathways with coordinators, plan managers, and hospitals.
• Represent Duacare at events and community forums across SA.
• Drive occupancy levels for Shared Living (SIL) and daily support models.
• Track referral trends and report growth and revenue KPIs to Directorship.
• Lead the participant journey from enquiry to service commencement and onboarding.
