Job summary

CASPA Services Ltd is seeking NDIS Disability Support Workers to join our team in Tennant Creek, NT. You will deliver person-centered supports to participants in home, residential, or recreational settings, helping them achieve goals and increase independence.

Caspa is a not-for-profit organisation focused on trauma-informed care, with opportunities for supervision, internal training and career progression. Criminal history checks and a valid driver's licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Emergency respite work including short stay motel accommodation
• Provide high quality, person centered supports to NDIS participants in a home/residential or recreational setting
• Support people with disabilities to build independence and increase participation in activities, tasks and outings in the community
• Administration, report writing and compliance responsibilities
• Contribute to a positive work culture
• Compliance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
