Job summary

Plan and Support Services is seeking a Customer Care (Contact Centre) team member to assist NDIS participants, providers and nominees across Australia. The role blends office and home-based work in a hybrid arrangement, with a rotating schedule and comprehensive training.

You will bring customer service experience, a willingness to learn about the NDIS, and the ability to handle complex conversations with empathy. The position offers meaningful work and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers, participants, providers or stakeholders in a service-focused environment.
• Knowledge of NDIS is a bonus but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Talk with NDIS participants, nominees and service providers to navigate questions and processes.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and live chat, resolving issues where possible on first contact.
• Handle a high volume of enquiries with a focus on customer experience and efficiency.
• Document conversations and outcomes across multiple systems.
• Escalate issues and work with internal teams when needed.
