Job summary

Plan and Support Services is hiring a Customer Care (Contact Centre) team member in Adelaide, Brisbane or Chatswood to assist NDIS participants, nominees and providers across Australia. You will respond via phone, email and live chat, resolving issues where possible and guiding customers through complex processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a call/contact centre in a customer care role.

Responsibilities

• Speak with NDIS participants, nominees and service providers across Australia to navigate questions and processes.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email and live chat and resolve issues where possible on first contact.
• Handle high volume enquiries in a fast-paced environment balancing customer experience, quality and efficiency.
• Listen to understand customer needs and provide appropriate support, including challenging situations.
• Explain NDIS processes, funding and services clearly to varied levels of understanding.
• Make outbound calls to provide information and improve the customer experience.
• Keep accurate records across multiple systems and escalate issues when needed.
