Job summary

Breakthru is leading community-based support under the Royal Rehab Group. We are seeking a leader to guide a small team delivering NDIS-funded programmes in Individualised Support and capacity-building.

You will report to the Regional Manager, focusing on mentoring, mentoring, and developing staff while ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client outcomes. This role offers growth opportunities within a values-driven, inclusive organisation.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in an NDIS program.
• Strong foundations in staff development and customer service.
• Experience in a leadership role (2ic) or acting capacity is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Mentor and supervise your team to grow knowledge and careers.
• Support portfolio development through customer service and business development.
• Oversee core and capacity-building services to ensure client-focused support.
• Strengthen relationships with participants, families and stakeholders.
• Support service growth and strategic development of services.
