Job summary

Breakthru is seeking a capable Team Leader to guide a small NDIS portfolio, delivering high-quality individualised supports and capacity-building programs across community settings in New South Wales. You will mentor staff, manage rosters, supervise and develop team members, and build strong relationships with participants, families and stakeholders to ensure outstanding client outcomes.

• Leadership experience in an NDIS program is preferred.
