Job summary

genU is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to guide clients and families from initial enquiry through onboarding and ongoing service coordination. You’ll provide clear information about support options, help coordinate services aligned with funded plans, and ensure clients feel supported throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• NDIS and/or aged care frameworks knowledge is required.
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Good computer literacy and data management skills are necessary.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate are required and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client intake and onboarding with accurate documentation and timely service activation.
• Prepare service quotes aligned with funded plans and client goals.
• Help clients understand NDIS, aged care and other funding options.
• Assist clients through the service journey from intake through plan management and exit.
• Maintain accurate client data and service information across systems.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Leads, scheduling teams and finance to ensure smooth services.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families and stakeholders.
