NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD is seeking a motivated Client Intake Officer based in Victoria. You will play a key role in guiding potential clients through the intake process and building meaningful relationships to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client intake, case management, or customer-facing experience in a similar sector preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care funding and NDIS frameworks.
• Exceptional customer service, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through face-to-face meetings, phone, and email.
• Provide expert guidance on Support at Home Packages and NDIS services.
• Generate and manage local referral pipelines through My Aged Care and NDIS portals.
• Clearly communicate funding levels, fees, and service inclusions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor lead activity.
