Job summary

Locale is seeking an experienced NDD Operator to support civil construction projects in Shepparton. You will utilise vacuum excavation and service locating expertise to deliver works that meet VEDN standards.

You will be responsible for operating the NDD Combo Truck, maintaining equipment, and attending training programs as required by management. A safety-focused mindset and reliable transport are essential to success in this role.

The role:

As an NDD Operator with Locale, you will support civil construction projects across Shepparton, using your vacuum excavation and service locating expertise to deliver works that comply with VEDN standards.

Your every day:

• Ensure that the schedule of tasks assigned by the Site Supervisor daily are undertaken efficiently and in a timely manner
• Carry out routine maintenance of plant and ensure that it is fuelled and ready to operate the next day before leaving work each day
• Attend relevant training programs approved by senior management.
• Ability to effectively plan, organise and manage own time to achieve targets within a set timetable
