Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a capable NDC Flow Controller at our Adelaide National Distribution Centre. You will coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, support team leaders, manage capacity and labour, and ensure service level commitments are consistently achieved across inbound and outbound activities.

You will lead continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and liaise with planning, customer and internal stakeholders to optimize inventory and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience coordinating warehouse operations within a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for directing and motivating operational teams.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably SAP EWM.
• Strong experience managing customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse productivity, and operational performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations with Team Leaders to ensure safe, efficient outcomes.
• Act as the primary operational link between Planning and Warehouse Operations to align priorities.
• Communicate planning priorities and requirements across warehouse teams.
• Assist in managing capacity, labour, wave planning and kitting workloads to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate inbound activities, ensuring receiving capacity and readiness align with deliveries.
• Oversee outbound order fulfilment and shipment priorities to meet service levels.
• Collaborate with Kitting Leader to ensure KIT availability as needed.
• Monitor stock transfers between Adelaide NDC and other DCs to maintain inventory availability.
• Track KPIs and SLAs, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory data in SAP EWM and related systems.
• Support inventory control activities like cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
• Provide escalation contact for internal stakeholders and customers.
