• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customer personnel to minimise disruptions.
• Guide client staff on correct machine processes and safe equipment operation.
• Work independently or collaboratively to maintain high operational performance.

Job Description

Effective April 1, 2026, Toyota Automated Logistics brings together Bastian Solutions, Vanderlande’s warehousing business, and viastore under one unified brand. Flow Controller

Based in Dandenong South, Victoria, this role offers the opportunity to work on one of the largest and most advanced automated warehouse solutions ever delivered in Australia. You’ll be part of a permanent team supporting a fully automated site, working with world-class technology on a 4 on / 4 off rotating shift roster, while building skills and career pathways within the growing automation industry.

Your Impact:

• Monitor and support daily operations of fully automated warehouse systems


• Respond to system alarms, warnings, blockages, and operational issues

Warehouse experience and a current forklift licence are advantageous but not essential.
