Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics in Dandenong South, VIC, Australia is seeking a Flow Controller to monitor and support daily operations of a fully automated warehouse. The role offers a permanent position on a 4 on / 4 off roster, with two 12-hour day shifts and two 12-hour night shifts, plus time off between cycles.

You will work with world-class automation, robotics, PLCs, and SCADA systems while collaborating with engineers and technical teams globally.

Qualifications

• Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency with full work rights.
• Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn in a high-technology environment.
• Warehouse or automation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily operations of a fully automated warehouse system.
• Respond to system alarms, warnings, blockages, and operational issues.
• Perform basic low-risk maintenance tasks such as replacing sensors, filters, and consumables.
• Refill and exchange consumables including foil, labels, and cartons.
• Clear system blockages and support smooth material flow.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customer personnel to minimise disruptions.
• Guide client staff on correct machine processes and safe equipment operation.
• Work independently or collaboratively to maintain high operational performance.
