Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics in Dandenong South, VIC, seeks a Flow Controller to support a fully automated site on a 4 on / 4 off rotating roster. Work with world‑class automation and gain career pathways in the growing intralogistics industry.

You will monitor operations, respond to alarms, perform basic maintenance, refill consumables, and help keep material flow smooth. English communication, basic mechanical/electrical aptitude, and work rights in Australia are essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a high-technology environment.
• Excellent communication in English, written and verbal.
• Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Physically capable and comfortable with rotating shift work.
• Australian/New Zealand work rights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily operations of fully automated warehouse systems.
• Respond to system alarms, warnings, blockages, and operational issues.
• Perform basic low-risk maintenance tasks such as replacing sensors, filters, and consumables.
• Refill and exchange consumables including foil, labels, and cartons.
• Clear system blockages and support smooth material flow.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customer personnel to minimise disruptions.
• Guide client staff on correct machine processes and safe equipment operation.
• Work independently or collaboratively to maintain high operational performance.
