Job summary

CSR Springboard is seeking a Technical Compliance Engineer in Sydney to ensure building products meet NCC and relevant standards. You will work across technical compliance, testing, and documentation while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.

The role focuses on coordinating testing, maintaining compliance materials, and supporting new product development with a practical, results-driven approach. 3+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in engineering analysis or technical compliance.
• Good knowledge of the NCC and relevant product/testing standards.
• Experience with product testing and laboratories is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support technical analysis, assessment, and testing for CSR products.
• Assess performance and evidence against NCC and Australian/New Zealand standards.
• Coordinate testing with external labs and internal capabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical compliance documentation and certificates.
• Ensure published product information remains accurate and compliant.
• Provide SME guidance on standards, codes and NCC requirements.
• Support new product development from a technical compliance perspective.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to maintain compliance.
• Manage relationships with external testing authorities and providers.
• Assist practical laboratory testing including sample prep, setup and data recording.
• Contribute to safety, quality and continuous improvement culture.
