Flannerys Victoria Point is seeking a passionate Retail Assistant to join our energetic team on a permanent part-time basis, commencing in September/October 2026.

Two 4-day-per-week roles are available: Tue–Fri or Wed–Sat. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, cash handling, and stock support across the store.

Formación

• Exceptional customer service skills; previous retail experience a must.
• Cash handling and POS operation experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team across store departments.

Flannerys Victoria Point are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Retail Assistant to join our vibrant team on a permanent part time basis - commencing in September/October, 2026.

If you're an all-rounder who loves serving customers and has a passion towards delivering amazing service, this could be just the role for you!

The hours? Good question! We have two 4 day per week opportunities available:

Role 1: Tuesday through to Friday

Role 2: Wednesday through to Satuday

• Exceptional customer service skills- previous retail experience a must
• Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems
• Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments
• Positive and teachable attitude
• Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)
• Flexibility in working arrangements
• Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
