Job summary

Sureway Employment and Training – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a National Training Manager – Delivery to lead our training delivery function and drive growth across the national team. You will partner with the GM and senior leadership to deliver high-quality, compliant training while expanding enrolments and new products.

Bring significant VET/RTO leadership, ASQA knowledge, and a commercial mindset to shape delivery performance, learner outcomes and stakeholder value.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience within the Australian VET/RTO sector.
Strong understanding of RTO operations, ASQA requirements and state-based training contracts.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Experience with government-funded training contracts.
Experience with LMS and digital learning.
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

Lead a national team of trainers and staff and own delivery performance.
Drive revenue growth and identify opportunities to increase enrolments.
Take ownership of learner progression, completion, retention and financial outcomes.
Ensure RTO compliance, audit readiness and ASQA alignment.
Collaborate with Business Development and other areas to grow the training pipeline.
Lead adoption of new systems and technology including LMS and digital learning initiatives.
