Job summary

Sureway Skills Training Pty Ltd is seeking a Training and Assessment Coordinator to connect with regional employers and providers, coordinating micro credential delivery and learner support across both on-site and remote study sessions.

You will guide learners, manage engagement, and ensure ASQA/other compliance tasks are completed efficiently while growing enrolment KPIs in a dynamic, community-focused role.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain.
• Strong customer service experience with the ability to build relationships.
• Proven ability to achieve enrolment and completion KPIs.
• Sound planning and resource management with flexibility to handle workload.
• Adapt training for diverse learners, including those with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with local business and apprenticeship providers to source enrolments.
• Coordinate delivery of micro credentials and short courses (venue, trainer, attendance).
• Assist with work experience coordination through community/industry networks.
• Guide learners through face-to-face and remote study groups.
• Process daily administrative tasks related to ASQA and compliance frameworks.

Job description

Murray Riverina (Wagga, Griffith, Temora, Corowa, Leeton, Narranderra, Balranald, Deniliquin & surrounds)

Capital region/Illawarra South Coast (Belconnen, Phillip, Tuggeranong, Queanbeyan, Goulburn, Wollongong among others covering the ACT & Illawarra Shoalhaven regions)

Get out on the road to liaise with local business, apprenticeship providers and other stakeholders to source new enrolments. Coordinate the delivery of the micro credentials and short courses including booking the venue, the Trainer Assessor and student attendance. Assist with coordination of work experience through community and industry relationships / networks.

Guide learners through face to face and remote study groups. Manage student engagement and provide support with course material.

Process daily administrative tasks related to ASQA and other compliance frameworks.

The Role Requires:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 or TAE40110 (or willing to obtain).
• Strong customer service experience with the capability to build effective working relationships and developing community/industry networks.
• Proven ability to achieve enrolment and completion KPIs.
• Sound planning, coordination and resource management capabilities alongside a flexible approach to manage an increasing workload.
• Adapt training to suit the needs of a diverse range of learners, including those with disabilities.
