Job summary

Sureway Employment and Training in Albury is seeking a friendly Training Facilitator to work across the Riverina Murray region, delivering micro-credentials and short courses and coordinating venues and assessors. You’ll support learners face-to-face and remotely, build local employer relationships, and ensure enrolments meet KPIs while complying with ASQA standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain one.
• Track record of turning relationships into enrolments and hitting KPI targets.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle changing workloads.
• Ability to adapt training style to diverse learners, including people with disability.
• Valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local businesses, apprenticeship providers and industry stakeholders to enrol learners.
• Coordinate delivery of micro-credentials and short courses end-to-end – venues, Assessors, attendance readiness.
• Guide learners through face-to-face and remote study groups, keeping them engaged.
• Connect learners with work experience opportunities and manage ASQA compliance admin.
• Engage with employers about apprenticeship pathways and support learners through coursework.

You have the flexibility to be based out of any of the Sureway sites in the region.

What you'll be doing

You'll be out in the community across the Riverina Murray region, building relationships with local businesses, apprenticeship providers and industry stakeholders to bring new learners into our courses. You'll coordinate the delivery of micro-credentials and short courses end-to-end - booking venues, organising Trainer Assessors, and making sure students show up ready to learn.

Day to day, you'll guide learners through face-to-face and remote study groups, keeping them engaged and supported through their material. You'll also help connect learners with work experience opportunities through the networks you build, and manage the ASQA and compliance admin that keeps it all running properly.

This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable talking to a local employer about apprenticeship pathways and sitting down with a learner who needs extra support to get through their coursework.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110), or willingness to obtain one

A track record of building relationships that turn into real enrolments. You know how to hit KPIs for enrolment and completion because you understand what drives them

Strong organisational skills and the flexibility to juggle a workload that changes week to week

The ability to adapt your training style to different learners, including people with disability

A valid driver's licence
