Job summary

Laminex Australia is seeking a commercially minded Trade Activation Manager to connect Sales, Product and Marketing and translate strategy into impactful customer programs that drive growth and strengthen relationships. Based in the Tullamarine office, you will lead national activation initiatives and champion commercial outcomes.

You'll also oversee Sales Operations and Salesforce, ensuring our sales teams have the tools, insights and processes to succeed.

Qualifications

Experience in trade marketing, activation, channel marketing, or similar role.
Proven track record delivering campaigns, launches and customer programs.
Strong stakeholder management and project leadership capability.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver national trade activation programs, campaigns and product launches.
Align Sales, Product and Marketing priorities into a clear commercial execution plan.
Develop initiatives that support customer acquisition and retention and drive product specification.
Drive sales excellence through tools, playbooks, onboarding and capability initiatives.
Lead Sales Operations and Salesforce, ensuring teams have tools and insights to execute.
Use customer and commercial data to measure success and optimise future activity.
