Dulux Anz is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow Ballarat’s DuluxTrade footprint, deepen existing client relationships and tailor solutions across the Decorative Paints portfolio. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced team, balance transactional sales with longer-term partnerships, and help the brand win.

Qualifications

Demonstrated sales success in trade-facing business development or similar roles
Demonstrated experience converting qualified leads into long-term, high-value customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to partner with trade painters and commercial contractors
Influence, negotiate, and adapt selling style to win with different customer needs
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on consistent growth outcomes

Responsibilities
