Job summary

SEEK.com.au is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain & Inventory Planning Specialist to oversee end-to-end inventory, demand and supply planning, international logistics and supplier coordination. You will move between forecasting, replenishment and shipping to keep stock aligned with business needs.

The ideal candidate brings broad supply chain experience, strong analytical skills and comfort working across Asia-based suppliers, with NetSuite and Netstock proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience across inventory management, demand planning, supply planning and logistics.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Netstock essential.
• Experience coordinating supply chains with overseas suppliers, ideally in Asia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve inventory planning, stock availability and replenishment processes.
• Support demand forecasting and supply planning to balance stock with business needs.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, especially in Asia, to manage POs and commitments.
• Oversee international shipping, freight and logistics coordination and resolve delays.
• Utilise NetSuite and Netstock for planning, reporting and inventory management.
• Analyse supply chain performance and identify risks with practical improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain visibility across the supply chain.
• Identify opportunities to streamline systems and ways of working.
