Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Planning to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and inventory management across a complex distribution network. You will shape demand forecasting, supply planning and stock investment while balancing service levels, cost and risk.

In this senior role you’ll influence executive decisions, drive improvements in planning maturity and lead a team responsible for replenishment, S&OP/IBP, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, replenishment, S&OP or IBP.
• Experience leading planning, inventory or supply chain functions within a large or complex organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of working capital and inventory investment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning function across supply planning, forecasting, inventory optimisation and replenishment.
• Develop and execute enterprise planning and inventory strategies.
• Lead S&OP/IBP processes and cross-functional alignment.
• Improve forecasting capability, planning maturity and data analytics.
• Balance customer service, cost, inventory and supply risk for executives with insights.
