Adecco Australia is seeking a Head of Staffing to own the national SME growth mandate across 11 branches, combining commercial and operational leadership to grow customers, market share and brand presence.

You will lead, coach and develop Branch Managers, drive sales targets and client engagements, manage P&L, delivery standards and governance to ensure profitable growth and exceptional service experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and experience leading SME sales growth.
• Proven track record in multi-site leadership and strategic growth initiatives.
• Strong P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting and performance improvement.

Responsabilités

• Drive local sales growth through branch targets, campaigns and pipelines.
• Win new SME clients and grow share of wallet with existing customers.
• Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers for sales, delivery and financial outcomes.
• Ensure delivery excellence and consistency in recruitment methodologies.
• Lead business planning, forecasting and performance reviews with clear reporting.
