Job summary

Junee Southern Cross is seeking a Service Operations Leader in Sydney with national reach to drive growth across ANZ. You will own P&L for service operations, coach regional leaders, and build trusted relationships with customers and partners while expanding the service portfolio.

In your first 12 months you’ll implement a roadmap, manage budgets, focus on profitability, and position the team for nationwide responsibility as you establish NSW operations and travel nationally.

• oversee service delivery across multiple states and New Zealand, coaching regional leaders and driving operational efficiency.
