Job summary

Jasbe Petroleum is seeking an experienced State Operations Manager to join NSW network on a full-time basis. This role leads multi-site operations, drives safety, service standards and commercial performance across the NSW site network while preparing for Head of NSW Operations.

You will travel regularly across NSW, collaborate with Head Office and site leadership, and contribute to business development initiatives and operational excellence across the network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multi-site management within fuel or convenience retail.
• 2+ years leading teams and driving safety.
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance and risk.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, costs and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NSW site network performance, safety, customer service and site standards.
• 2 Monitor and report sales, profitability, costs, stock loss and audits.
• 3 Conduct site visits and drive timely corrective actions with Area/ Site Managers.
• 4 Lead merchandising, promotions, planograms and product ranging across the network.
• 5 Coach and develop Site Managers and manage recruitment and leave.
