Job summary

Private Advertiser in Western Sydney is seeking a National Service Manager to lead service operations across Australia. This full-time leadership role focuses on building capability, driving performance and delivering a consistently high standard of service and support.

You will manage a national team of service technicians and coordinators, implement service strategies, analyse data to identify improvements, and partner with internal teams to coordinate installations and broader operational

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in senior service, operations or technical service leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to turn data into practical improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organisation.
• An understanding of compliance, quality and regulatory requirements within a service environment.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering or a related discipline are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a national team of Service Technicians and Service Coordinators, ensuring timely and customer-focused service delivery.
• Drive consistency and continuous improvement across service operations, processes and customer experience.
• Develop and implement service strategies, policies and initiatives that improve efficiency and service outcomes.
• Use service data, trends and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed decision-making.
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate installations, equipment rollouts and broader operational requirements.
• Build a positive, collaborative and solutions-focused team culture across a geographically dispersed workforce.
• Manage key supplier relationships and support the availability of essential parts, equipment and resources.
• Oversee training, development and capability building across the national service team.
• Monitor service performance, KPIs and operational outcomes, providing meaningful reporting and insights to executive leadership.
